A promotion to ‘management’ does not signify an ability to manage people. Being a good manager and leading people effectively is a skill that HJA help tackle with our ‘Steps for the Developing Manager’ series or our popular half-day workshops,delivered on an open or bespoke in-house basis.

Many people prefer open learning with people in similar positions to them as it provides a more empathetic and understanding environment, with other delegates often citing similar examples or offering advice and where all delegates can meet and work through specific areas.
