The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a questionnaire which is a powerful and versatile indicator of personality type based on a framework that allows people to gain an understanding of their preferences, particularly with respect to where they focus attention, take in information, decision-making and lifestyle/work patterns.
